My Philosophy

As a counselor, my interest in emotional health led me to obtain specialized training in treating Eating Disorders, Hypnosis, EMDR, and Guided Imagery.

Additional training taught me ways to incorporate behavioral techniques, mindful awareness, and skill building that included ways to regulate emotions, develop better relationships with self and others, and improve self care.

When working with teens, I believe it is critical to involve the family in the recovery process.

My passion is helping individuals living with eating disorders and anxiety on their journey to recovery.
