Creating Worry Free Lives

Katie Goode, Psychotherapist

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life Coach with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Development.

In addition to my degree, I have completed training in: Treatment Strategies for Eating Disorders, Play Therapy, Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Teacher Training, Hypnosis, DBT, EMDR, and Yoga Therapy.

I am also a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, the National Eating Disorder Association, Christian Therapists of Orange County, and the President of the Orange County Chapter of the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals.

I have been working with individuals, children, and families since 2004. In particular, I work with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, panic, and eating disorder issues that make it difficult for them to achieve their goals, dreams, and potential.

In addition to my private practice, I teach and provide clinical supervision at Hope International University's school of Marriage and Family Therapy. I also frequently present seminars and Continuing Education workshops on Mindfulness Skills.

I want to help you stop worrying and start living a life of health, happiness, and confidence.
